Our prestigious Dancer of the Year showcases the leadership and teamwork we value

A Step Above Dance Studio is proud to give out our prestigious Dancer of the Year award to students who show leadership, teamwork values, and who is an outstanding role model and dancer. Voted on by the Competition Team Dancers, Parents, and Teaching Team, the award is given to two dancers each year. Each Dancer of the Year wins a our Dance of the Year trophy, a slew of wonderful gifts, and the title is theirs for an entire year!

Meet Lillie

Hi, my name is Lillie Crowe, I’m 18 years old and attend Lima Senior High School. I have and older sister and brother and a younger sister. My parents are Darrell and Sheri and they are the best especially since they put me in the best dance studio ever! I will be going to The Ohio State University this fall for Athletic Training. I like dancing because it’s another way for me to express myself and to tell a story. I am glad to be a part of A Step Above!

Meet Addi

My name is Addison Elizabeth Delph.  My parents are Tony and Sandy and I have one older brother and two sisters. I am 11 years old and I go to Liberty Arts Magnet. I am in the 6th grade and Math is my favorite subject. Other than dancing, I also like to act and sing. At my school, we have a theatre class and choir and show choir. I love to dance because I’m a competitive person. I have been dancing for 6 years with 3 years on the competition team. I would like to thank everyone who voted for me, it is such an honor.
