Our prestigious Dancer of the Year showcases the leadership and teamwork we value

A Step Above Dance Studio is proud to give out our prestigious Dancer of the Year award to students who show leadership, teamwork values, and who is an outstanding role model and dancer. Voted on by the Competition Team Dancers, the award is given to two dancers each year. Each Dancer of the Year wins our Dancer of the Year trophy, a slew of wonderful gifts, and the title is theirs for an entire year!

My name is Olivia Olds and I am 14 years old. My parents are Christy and Doug. I have one sibling, a twin brother named Doug. I attend Allen East school and my favorite subject is English.

Another hobby I enjoy is cheer. I have been dancing for 10 years. I love dancing because I can express my emotions through movement and music. I also have amazing built in friendships that can last forever.

Let’s Get To Know Harlee:

My name is Harlee Osborne, I am 10 years old and will be 11 on August 2nd. My parents are Craig and Sam Stone. I have an older sister named Raelee, a younger brother named Bennett, and a furbrother named Brooks. I am in 4th grade at Bluffton Elementary School. My favorite subject in school is art because I can creative.

I’ve been dancing for 6 years. I like to dance because it’s fun and I get to see my friends and learn new things. When I’m not dancing I like to play with Bennett and Brooks.
